What happens if I use up all of my time?

If you run out of time in your monthly plan, you have three options to choose from:

  1. We can put your work on hold until your hours renew in the next billing cycle.
  2. We continue the work for our regular rate of $80/hour. Additional hours are billed separately in next billing cycle.
  3. Your account can be upgraded to the next level plan.

What if I wish to cancel my plan?

All maintenance plans can be cancelled at anytime, and any unused regular plan hours will be refunded.  Rollover hours will be lost if you cancel your plan.

What about rollover hours?

It is not often that a business consistently requires the same amount of maintenance hours every month. Some businesses have seasonal promotions, while others simply have a busy and slow season. We understand this and therefore all of our monthly maintenance plans include a “Rollover Feature.”

We will rollover any unused hours from the previous month up for up to one month.  Rollover hours from the previous month expire once the current month has passed. 

For example: you signed up for our 7 hour plan on June 18th, 3.5 hours were used to do updates in your page.

On July 18th you will have 10.5 hours in your account. The 7 hours included in the plan + 3.5 hours rolled over from your previous billing cycle. Your 3.5 rollover hours will expire at the start of the next billing cycle.

Additional Expenses?

Travel time and related expenses, shipping and postal fees, long distance phone charges, specialized programming requiring sub-contractor are billed in addition to what is provided for above.
